Need to work on those skills that require a

Standing Tuck and a Round off back handspring tuck on

a hard floor then XCAS has the place for you.

Privates are always available !

Level 1- cartwheel, forward roll, handstand, handstand forward roll, backwards roll, round off, backbend, backbend kickover, front walkover

Level 2- backhandspring, front handspring, dive forward roll, double back handspring, round off backhandspring

Level 3- round off back handspring back tuck, standing tuck, front handspring round off backhandspring back tuck, front tuck, ariel

Level 4- tucks, layouts, front tuck tumbling passes, starting arabians, starting fulls
